Real Time VGA To Digital QAM Converter with 1280x720 Input. Designed for real time conversion and MPEG-2 encoding of any textual and font size VGA data from a third party computer to a frequency agile digital QAM modulated signal. Output is 720p at 16x9. Designed for use over Analog or Digital Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems where modern digital HD televisions (with built in QAM demodulators and MPEG-2 decoders) are needed to present textual information to many viewers. Ideal product to present Bus Station Schedules, Class Schedules, or any other information that originates in a computer.

    1. Scan conversion
    2. MPEG-2 encoding
    3. QAM modulation

  • Input: VGA 1280 x 720
  • Also works with DVI-I when using adapter
  • MPEG encoding bit rates supported: 15 to 35 Mbps
  • Based on Windows®, embedded

QAM:

  • Input: Frequency agile, channels 2-135
  • QAM 256
  • Able to be mixed with analog channels with passive mixing via inexpensive RF mixer
