A DVB-S/S2 to IP transcoder using Brutus Media Server allows satellite broadcast signals to be converted into IP-based streams for OTT and IPTV delivery. It receives DVB-S or DVB-S2 transport streams from satellite tuners, demultiplexes selected channels, and transcodes them into adaptive bitrate formats such as HLS or MPEG-DASH.
