How many days do I have to return my product?

If you would like to return a product or system purchased through DVEO you must notify DVEO within 30 days.

How do I return my product?

In order to return a product, you will need an RMA number provided by DVEO.

How long should it take for my return to be processed?

Returns should be processed within a few weeks.

Who pays the shipping fees?

DVEO is not responsible for shipping expenses, and returned materials are subject to restocking fees.

One- year

What is not covered under the warranty?

The following scenarios are not covered under warranty:
Accidental damage caused by the user, e.g. improper handling, unauthorized modifications to the system.
  • Environmental damage, e.g. flood, fire.
  • Software usability – Software is sold "as is" and is unlikely to be perfect.
